Garden

Original Mixed Media Painting by Levan Mosiashvili, 2023

An immersive exploration of nature, texture, and the expressive possibilities of color.

In Garden, Georgian artist Levan Mosiashvili creates a captivating abstract landscape of layered greens, luminous yellows, and intricate organic forms.

Rich emerald tones merge with vibrant lime, golden yellow, and subtle earthy accents, forming a composition that evokes the vitality and ever-changing rhythms of the natural world.

The painting's remarkable tactile surface is central to its visual impact. Thickly applied materials, sweeping gestures, raised textures, and overlapping layers create a sense of depth and movement. Each section of the artwork reveals a different relationship between light, color, and material.

Rather than depicting a traditional garden, Mosiashvili invites the viewer into an abstract environment where natural forms emerge, dissolve, and reappear. The result is an atmospheric composition that encourages personal interpretation and repeated discovery.

The interplay between vivid color and textured surfaces gives Garden an organic, almost living presence, suggesting growth, renewal, and the quiet complexity of nature.

Both expressive and contemplative, this original mixed media painting brings a distinctive artistic presence to contemporary interiors and private collections.
